Very rare .
Once SP. Beruchia CJI at Quilon , in Kerala had said that 20% of the judges are corrupt . It was years back .
Now, their number have risen to 80 % .

Creation of an awareness has to be attempted , no doubt. History reveals
none at the helms of affairs have been honest and sincere to the extent the
citizens expect.

Te question is what best mechanism can there be that can contain the
corruption to the level the common man is not burdened at all.

I have been voting for NOTA and recommend that we must promote NOTA as a
powerful tool to bring about some desirable change in the nomination of
candidates.

You are right but by the time, awareness at this rate reaches the majority,
it may be too late.

AAP took lot of time and a concerted effort to contest n win elections in
Delhi but other places where is it? AAP agenda was to have its leader as
CM. Have they lived up to achieve what they projected? Will any Party /
well meaning group of people ever will be able to provide spotless and
honest governance unless the basic mentality of Indians changes?

U and me are very small fish in this field. The big corrupt fish will
finish us so we need to tread very carefully.

Do not intend to discourage any well meaning people like Convenor and
others.

God Bless and Best of luck.

When Arvind Kejriwal arrived on the scene as an honest, ordinary man I feared that the our ''Politicians, mostly crooked, would not allow a new 'do-gooder''to survive as that would impinge on their 'way of life' so as to say, and we find that has transpired. To improve our way of governance, We the People, must change; become basically honest, truthful AND committed to be an honest, hardworking, unselfish member of society, each one of us. I perceive that such a movement is germinating, we must egg it on, each one of us. Hopefully such a movement will flourish and make us, Indians, people to admire and help to bring this beautiful country an able, well ordered, well-managed bountiful place in the World. We have the intrinsic ability and we can do it.---Hirak Nag.

I have given this problem of the best method to influence our people to become honest some thought, I consider the best way is to set the example, and whenever possible to influence the next man and correct him, somewhat prolonged method, but the only way, Hirak.
